Easy Batch Paloma

This was the signature cocktail at our Saltwater Supper for National Dinner Party Day!

We served it in a big pitcher and let guests help themselves all night long. It’s become one of our favorite batch cocktails for spring and summer entertaining—easy to make, impossible not to love.

Ingredients (makes ~15):

  • 1 bottle Evolution Fresh Organic Cold-Pressed Grapefruit Juice (59 oz)

  • 1 bottle Lalo Tequila (750 ml / ~25 oz)

  • Juice of 6 limes (about 6–9 oz)

  • 4–6 oz agave syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1L club soda (34 oz), added just before serving

Step 1

In a large pitcher or drink dispenser, combine the grapefruit juice, tequila, lime juice, and agave. Stir well to mix.

hauste hint: don’t add ice directly to the pitcher, It will water down your drink! Leave the ice out and pour directly over each glass with ice

Step 2

Taste and adjust sweetness with more agave, if desired.

Step 3

Right before serving, add the club soda and give it a gentle stir.

Hauste hint: Garnish with lime wheels, grapefruit slices, or a tajin rim if you’re feeling spicy!
